RECOMMENDED USAGE
APPLICATION METHOD
MIXING
Empty entire 20kg bag of gradually in to the same bucket while mixing using a stirrer (rpm)
Empty entire 20kg bag of gradually in to the same bucket while mixing using a stirrer (rpm<500)
Allow the mixture to soak for 2 mins.
Pour 6 litres of clean water into bucket.
Mix thoroughly for 3 mins into a smooth, workable paste.
APPLICATION
Grout 7hrs after tiling.
Spread the adhesive only on an area that can be tiled within 20mins.
Use a rubber mallet to fix in place.
Apply a 3-5mm layer of on clean & dry surface with notched trowel.
Leave a 3mm gap between the tile and press firmly into wet adhesive. Clean the gaps.
OTHER NOTES
Use within 2hrs of mixing.
Max recommended tile size 2ft x 2ft & less.
Not necessary to wet Tiles. Clean the bonding surface with a wet sponge before tiling.
Walk on surface 24hrs after tiling.
