RECOMMENDED USAGE
APPLICATION METHOD
MIXING
Pour 6.5-7 litres of clean water into bucket.
Re-mix before use "Do Not Add More Water"
Empty entire 25kg bag of Tokyo Superbond Premium Tile Adhesive gradually in to the same bucket while mixing using a stirrer (rpm<500).
Mix again for 2min.
Mix thoroughly for 3-5 mins into a smooth, workable paste.
APPLICATION
Apply 4mm layer for walls and 6mm layer for floors using a notched trowel in single direction. Apply a thin layer of tile adhesive on back of tile for internal and external wall tiling.
Leave a 3mm gap between 2 tiles.
Spread tile adhesive which can only be tiled within 30 mins.
Grout 10hrs after tiling.
Press the tile firmly into wet adhesive using rubber mallet.
OTHER NOTES
Mix only the amount of adhesive that can be applied within 2 hours.
Recommended to fix large format tiles (3Ft x 6Ft / 4Ft x 10Ft)
Not necessary to wet tile & surface before tiling.
DO NOT APPLY on hot surfaces (T > 28C°)
Walk on surface 24hrs after tiling.
